We offer you accommodation in a pleasant, modern, but simply furnished apartment with two bedrooms, balconies, two parking spaces and a bicycle storage room.

What's prepared for you
The apartment has two balconies. The first one is accessed from the kitchen. In the morning it is sunlit. In the evening, on the other hand, you will find pleasant shade. The second balcony is accessible from the second room. The sun warms here all day long.
Four people can spend a comfortable stay here(recommended). It is spacious enough for six people.
The apartment is non-smoking and we also do not accommodate your pets.
Bedroom with double bed
This is an east-facing room. The sun will wake you up in the morning. But if you don’t want to, you can pull the covers up and sleep in. You’ll find a double bed, a large wardrobe, a sofa, tables and a stylish armchair.
There is an ironing board behind the door if you need it. You’ll find the iron in the cupboard
Room with separate beds
The room is situated to the south-west. It is adjacent to the adjoining balcony, where the sun warms the room until late evening. There are two single beds.
There are two separate wardrobes to store your belongings and you can also make yourself comfortable on the sofa.

How much is the accommodation with us
For stays of 7 nights or more you get 30% discount. For stays of 14 nights or more you will receive a 40% discount. You can also request a free towel and bath towel exchange. If you require a longer stay, please contact us for an individual offer.
A deposit is required upon booking. Accommodation is only booked after the deposit has been credited to our account. The amount of the deposit is 100% of the accommodation price.
According to the amendment to Act 565/1990 Coll., effective from 16 May 2022, guests are obliged to pay tourist fees. The town of Mikulov has set them at 50 CZK/day.
From September you can already book stays for the following year.
Terms and conditions: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. 50% of the price of the stay for cancellation less than 14 days before arrival. 100% of the price of the stay for cancellation less than 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation, an adequate part of the price of the stay will be refunded back to the account from which the payment came.
All prices include VAT.
Price includes: accommodation, parking for two cars, bike storage and Wi-Fi internet connection.
The price is per night and apartment for 1 – 4 persons.
The price list is valid from 1 August 2023. We accept only non-cash payments.
